As Americans seek greater variety in their food choices, many international foods are first presented at specialty food trade shows in the U.S. before being distributed through retail channels.

Our newly formed association, Safe Food Network Trade Shows and Retail Supply Chains, unites the companies engaged in all aspects of food safety to bring imported products to America’s shows and shelves.

What inspires our mission? Safe food is the outcome of many sequenced practices orchestrated each day across the world. From scrupulous production methods and training, to verification programs that confirm compliance with food safety standards, we work together to protect the food supply before and after market entry. A safe food supply depends on the cohesion of educated and dedicated partners across disciplines and countries.

This interdependent process inspired the formation of our network where we foster an enhanced relationship between food producers and importers and the professionals who are at the forefront of the food safety process worldwide.
